Back on the horse

After a week and a bit of waiting I finally cracked and called up the agency handling the Glaxo account to try and find out the status of my application. At first all I could get was, "Well, you haven't been rejected yet," which in itself was quite reassuring.

Of course being called back about 20 minutes later to be formally offered the position was substantially better. I start on the 5th of January, kicking it all off with another induction week (just like with Gallaher), although I still have to get all the paperwork outlining where this is going to take place.

It's fair to say that my mind is finding it's way slowly back to a relaxed state after spending a bit over a month being rather very urelaxed, unhappy, and
unemployed.
